ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Turkish intelligence has arrested a person suspected of spying on Arab dissidents in Turkey on behalf of the United Arab Emirates, a senior Turkish authorities official mentioned Friday.

The suspect, who has not been recognized, allegedly infiltrated expatriate Arab dissident and journalist teams in Turkey, the official advised The Related Press. He traveled to Turkey utilizing the passport of an Arab nation apart from that of the UAE.
